Mini Cement Production Line

Mini cement production line is used to produce cement. Usually less than 200TPH production capacity of cement production line is called the mini cement production line. It consists of a series of equipment: PE jaw crusher, cone crusher, raymond mill, raw meal homogenization soil, preheater, rotary kiln, feeding, screening plant and cement mill. It mainly contains breakage and pre-homogenization, raw material preparation, raw material pre-homogenization, preheating and decomposition, pyroprocessing, cement grinding, packing and distribution process etc.

Cement processing line

Raw materials extraction (mining) → crushing→ raw materials storage and pre-homogenization (ball mill) →raw material homogenization and storage, calcinations (raw material enter into rotary kiln after pre-heater in cyclone tube, calcinated to clinker) → cement grinding (mix other chemical material according to cement quality to grind) → cement storage and transportation
